Yeah i’ve tried it all as well, putting it on my external hard drive, putting it on local disk, putting it on c:, putting it on a folder, putting it directly on c:/d:/e:, running unity hub as administrator, and moving the unity folder that holds the entirety of unity into d: It can't be the length of where it's going unlike what the other threads in the past say. You can also try to do the same for unity hub if i remember right, in unity hub settings you can change a folder path for temporary files.
