+14 Empty Biztalk Server Project Template Missing. Published in biztalk server 2016: In the solution box, select add to solution.
I have 2003 visual.net studio and created a blank solution. When i opened visual studio to create a new biztalk server project, i realized that the “biztalk server application project” template was missing from the available list. I have installed visual studio 2013, biztalk 2013r2, biztalk accelerator for hl7 and sql server 2012 in my local machine.
But in visual studio, project templates for biztalk is missing. On a quick search over this issue, i found several mentions that you could solve this issue by installing the template available on the visual studio marketplace. In the solution box, select add to solution.
So i installed the biztalk server extension and the esb toolkit itinerary designer and tried to create a biztalk project. In the templates pane, select empty biztalk server project.
